When I am surrounded by individuals who are passionate and innovative, it inspires me to push myself to new heights and explore new possibilities. I am motivated by the prospect of learning from others, discovering new ideas, and collaborating to create something truly unique. • Administrative Skills: My key responsibilities include supervising the delivery of business support to team members, directing and enhancing daily administrative operations, assessing and prioritizing projects and office tasks, and maintaining teams' KPIs to track and develop reports on project performance. As an administrator, I oversee the execution of various business support activities, ensuring they are performed efficiently and effectively. I work closely with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our operations. Additionally, I assess project requirements and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and the team works effectively. By maintaining KPIs and tracking project performance, I am able to provide valuable insights into our team's strengths and weaknesses, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and improve our overall performance.
• Professional skills: Knowledge of all main MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Forms, Meet, Sheets, Slides); ability to work with project management and collaboration software (such as Jira and Bitrix24)
• Funny skills/ something interesting I can do: My love for dogs has been a great source of motivation in my life, pushing me to stay active, explore new places, and connect with others.
• Hobbies: I'm a big fan of traveling! Exploring new places and cultures is an incredibly enriching experience that broadens my perspective and allows me to gain new insights and impressions.
